Under the guide of CESA #1, 10 LEAs, at a minimum, will receive
subgrants to develop and demonstrate model inclusive environments
for young children, as well as to establish a Collaborative Problem
Solving Process (CPSP) within their school to better meet the diverse
needs of students within the regular education environment. The
funds will be used to initiate and support collaborative professional
development and leadership training activities
